Terms of Use

By creating an account, accessing computational endpoints, or interfacing with the data aggregation pipelines provided by Snowbelanalytix ("the Platform", "We", "Us"), you ("User", "Enterprise Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you hold full legal authorization to bind that entity to these provisions.

If you do not agree with any portion of these binding terms, you must immediately terminate platform access, cease API integrations, and discard all local copies of aggregate computational outputs obtained through our services.

Snowbelanalytix provides data intelligence tools, automated metric synthesis, structured market trends exploration, and visualization architecture designed exclusively for general informational, research, operational optimization, and educational purposes.

• Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to query dashboards, extract synthesized charts, and evaluate statistical metrics within the designated quota of their tier.
• Automated scraping, excessive unauthorized API probing, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized reverse-engineering of processing pipelines is strictly prohibited.
• Platform outputs must not be distributed to third-party data redistribution networks without express written enterprise authorization.

Authorized account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials, token keys, and two-factor configurations. You agree to notify Snowbelanalytix immediately upon discovering any unauthorized entry into your analytical workspace.

Snowbelanalytix reserves the right to suspend or revoke access credentials if anomalous usage patterns, credential sharing across non-licensed team members, or unauthorized query volumes threaten system infrastructure.

All visual layouts, chart generation algorithms, dashboard codebases, analytical schema, brand assets, proprietary calculation formulas, and interface designs are the sole intellectual property of Snowbelanalytix and its licensors.

Raw datasets uploaded by enterprise users for custom cohort processing remain the exclusive property of the respective enterprise client, handled strictly under the terms established in our Privacy Policy.

The platform and its analytical utilities are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantee regarding uninterrupted server availability, latency metrics, or zero-latency synchronization with external data feeds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowbelanalytix shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from system maintenance, feed latency, data inaccuracies, or workflow disruptions.
